2.Study each experiment before coming to class to prevent unnecessary mistakes and accidents.
3.Consider the safety of fellow students. The laboratory is a place for serious work.
4.Perform only those experiments assigned by teacher.
5.Food & drink shall not be brought into lab.
6.No equipment will be used until proper instructions are received from the teacher, and students have proven their proficiency
7.No chemical may be used until the teacher explains use and precautions to be taken.
8.Be aware of the location and operation of the fire extinguishers, and other first-aid materials.
9.Any accident or injury must be reported to the teacher.
10.No laboratory equipment may be taken from the classroom unless so directed by the teacher.
11.Do not smell or taste chemical
12.Immediately wash with water any part of the skin that has been in contact with strong reagents.
13.Chemicals in the eye should be washed immediately with running water.
14.Do not taste, eat or drink any laboratory materials. Regard all reagents as poisonous.
15.Wash your hands thoroughly after using any chemicals
